It is Ideal for children to play while adults can swim in Pool, relax in HotTub or just lay down and enjoy the sun.

This Villa comprises of 3 separated, fully equipped, Housing Units that are connected by large stone-paved terrace. Two Housing Units are on the Ground Floor while the third one is situated on the 1st Floor of this Holiday Home. On area of 120 squere meters, each Unit has 3 comfortable Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, big Kitchen and Living Room.
With these three Housing Units, there is one more Unit fully decorated as Entertainment center with something for everyone’s taste. In here, their place have found these amenities: Playroom with Toys for Kids, Fitness/Gym for those who can’t without their daily routine workout, and Living Room and Billiars for some easy sports relaxation, all while enjoying the great Sea view.

House is situated on big property, a complex of 3000 squere meters with decorated gardens along which are numerous facilities divided into several themes.

First area is Entrance itself and Parking next to a house with 10 parking spaces for your cars. In this part are also 4 Bikes, with all equipment, for guests to use whenever and if they want to.
Next is area in front of the house; it’s a big stone-paved terrace borderd by greenery of cut grass and Olive Trees. With massive garden furniture and in shades it’s ideal place to be for breakfast in the morning.
The Swimming Pool Area is definitely everyone First Choise. At a lower level compared to the house and surrounded by high greenery, this is an oasis that hides from unwanted curious views. It’s also the perfect place to find refreshment during the hot summer day.
Next is space with Jacuzzi and nice seating Pavilion which are perfect to relax, while on opposite side is Playground, both for kids and for adults, great for fun and recreational activities for whole family to participate.
